In 1987, we explored new horizons by founding a company named TV Realty. Our vision was to revolutionize the real estate industry by utilizing analog tape technology to create a video listing service. Although our venture did not succeed, it opened our eyes to the changing landscape of technology and the growing demands of property seekers.
Property Management Takes Center Stage
By 1991, we recognized a gap in the market and seized the opportunity to provide comprehensive property management services. Partnering with a Century 21 office, we combined our expertise with their skilled sales team to offer investors a complete solution. This pivotal moment marked the turning point in our journey, where property management became our primary focus.

In 1997, as the internet gained popularity, we harnessed its potential by creating rexrentals.com—one of the earliest property management websites.
